My experience with your company was fantastic, you and your staff were really knowledgeable and helpful. There was so much, I had no idea where to start, house or machinery, taxes, liens, open well, gas tanks, and all the land.

You had 5 sheds of machinery, 6 vehicles, and basically 2 farm locations. I had no idea where to start, it was so overwhelming the mess the farm was in. Stan went with us to the county seat to get from out of being sold on the courthouse steps. Back taxes 3 yrs. and Compeer having a lien on the farm.

Stan’s team went through all the buildings and separated things, tagged them all for auction. They told me what was valuable and what was not. Things I thought should be thrown out, they put on auction, and I was shocked at how much I got for those things.

I would recommend Stan and his group to anyone who has to have a sale on personal and estate dealings. They are a super amazing group of knowledgeable people. You did a great job for me, and I appreciate all your help.

Circumstances for every home or estate on- line auctions are never the same.  Flexibility is the key!  My brother bought my mom and dad's house after mom went into assisted living.  When John passed away in 2025, we had to figure out how to sell the house and EVERYTHING in it.  I always bid on Jones' on-line auctions and enjoyed the crew at pick-up time.  My other brother, Jim, and his wife, Sandy, and I decided we should reach out to Jones Auction and Realty.  Stan and Craig walked through the house and a week later, they brought a complete proposal for on- line home and household/estate auction.  No "hidden fees" , no unprinted "surprises"...PERFECT! They answered any questions we had.   We cleaned household, furniture, tools, made box lots and Stan's crew took everything to their warehouse.  We cleaned, painted, ripped out carpets, in the house and perked up landscaping.  Both auctions launched.  Household load sold!  Home sold!  POOF!  Gone!  What a relief!  To Stan and his ENTIRE staff, what a pleasure to work with you!  For ALL you do.....we thank YOU!!!!  If you need to sell a home and/or estate, would we recommend Jones Auction & Realty?  YES! ABSOLUTELY!!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Jones Auction Service.
