Team Spotlight: Hailey Steps Into Real Estate Assistant Position

We’re pleased to announce Hailey’s transition into a new position with our company as a Real Estate Assistant. While this role is new, Hailey is certainly not new to our team. For just over a year, she has served as an Auction Assistant, where she quickly proved herself to be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to doing things the right way.

Recently, Hailey passed the Wisconsin Real Estate Licensing Exam, an accomplishment that reflects both her dedication and her readiness to take this next step. Her hands-on experience in auctions, combined with her newly earned license, gives her a strong foundation as she moves into the real estate side of our business.

In her new role, Hailey will continue supporting our listing broker and clients by helping ensure transactions are handled smoothly, accurately, and with care. Her familiarity with our processes and her understanding of how important each detail is make her a natural fit for this position. The best operations often run quietly, and Hailey is already proving she’s the kind of professional who makes things happen without needing a spotlight.
